Managing Partner
Patrick Voelkel is a co-founder of Axis Capital Investments and currently serves as the Vice President for a residential construction company in Central Texas who seamlessly integrates construction management and business development expertise with adept personnel management and advertising skills.
Having studied construction management and business at the University of Houston, Patrick possesses a solid educational foundation that complements his hands-on experience. His current roles include, overseeing construction operations, managing a support staff of over 45 people, customer acquisition and strategic business development. Investors can leverage his proven track record and comprehensive expertise in construction, risk management, business development, customer relations, advertising, and personnel management, making Patrick a valuable ally for those pursuing well-informed and successful real estate investments.
Jordan Hollis
Managing Partner
Jordan is an active real estate investor, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Axis Capital Investments. He is passionate about real estate and helping others find passive income through reliable assets. As Managing Partner, Jordan has helped guide Axis Capital Investments’ portfolio to $10M+ in assets under management.
Jordan earned his degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. Early in his career, Jordan worked as a Superintendent on commercial projects valued over $250MM+ working with owners, investors, and design teams towards a single goal. Jordan leverages his years of construction experience in the multifamily space during the due diligence and operates the asset management phase to ensure proper inspections are conducted and value add strategies are effectively managed. Additionally, Jordan has extensive experience consulting in the home remodeling space working with homeowners to determine their needs in order to provide valuable solutions.
Jordan lives in New Braunfels, TX with his wife, Cari, and their two children. He enjoys traveling, outings with family and friends, and the occasional round of golf.
